We offer an exceptional road test booking service in Ontario, allowing you to pre-pay your test fee with major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Whether you need to book, reschedule, or cancel your road test, you can conveniently manage it online through DriveTest or our website. It’s important to note that we are not affiliated with the Ministry of Transportation or DriveTest.
By utilizing our road test booking service, you acknowledge and agree to pay an admin and processing fee for your appointment. If you’re eager to secure an earlier road test date, our third-party company can help you find the closest cancellation date. Although our primary platform is online, occasional communication through email or phone may be necessary.
Our service is designed to save you time that would otherwise be spent searching for road test appointments, as many centers are fully booked for months. Thanks to our unique booking system and dedicated team, we continuously monitor openings day and night. When a suitable appointment becomes available, matching your criteria, we secure it for you instantly. Please be aware that while we strive to obtain the same date and center, it’s not guaranteed.
Upon submitting your request and making payment, which includes $91.25 for the G road test and $53.75 for the G2 road test booking fee to DriveTest, the remaining amount constitutes our booking company fee. Once we receive your order, our team initiates a search for available slots on your behalf. When we identify an appointment that meets your criteria, we promptly secure it, offering the swiftest way to book a road test as soon as an opening arises.
If we are unable to find the requested booking, it is simply because that specific appointment was not available. All requests are processed in the order they are received. If another customer made a similar request for the same location and time slot even a minute before yours, you will be second in line.
Upon successfully booking your road test, you will receive a notification of the new appointment via email. It is crucial to provide a correct email address and regularly check your inbox. We do not assume responsibility if you fail to check your email, miss the test, or encounter other issues such as the test being canceled due to inclement weather, non-compliance with COVID-19 rules, or if your vehicle is unfit for the road test.
The process of finding a suitable slot begins immediately after you place the order, and you will receive your booking details within 15 days. In the event that we cannot secure a date and time at your preferred location(s), you will be notified. Should additional information be necessary to complete the road test booking, an email will be sent, and you will need to provide details such as the license number, license expiry date, or an abstract from Service Ontario.
Once the order is completed and booked, customers have the option to make changes or cancel through the DriveTest website or by calling them. Please note that there are no refunds. In the case of late or missing refunds, customers are advised to check their bank accounts, contact their credit card company, and reach out to their bank. 1.1 Effective January 13, 2021, you have the option to cancel your placed order, incurring a fee of only $28.50. This fee covers payment processing and refund fees to the payment processing company, resulting in a partial refund.
1.2 If we have paid the road test booking fee to the Ministry but the test is not booked, we will charge the paid booking fee plus $28.50 and provide a refund.
1.3 Upon the booking of your test, and after we have paid the $91.25 for the G road test and $53.75 for the G2 road test booking fee from our account to the ministry’s account, you can use this booking at any time or request a refund directly from the ministry if the booking fee was paid from our account.
1.4 Orders will be closed three months from the date of the initial placement if no response is received from the customer. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
1.5 The refund process typically takes 4-10 business days after your request is submitted.
1.6 A full refund will not be issued if additional information, such as the correct driver’s license number and expiry date, is requested after placing an order. However, if you wish to reschedule the test, you can do so independently or use our services by paying an additional $58.00 rebooking fee via E-transfer. Please send us an email with the transfer screenshot. If you plan to use our service, contact us at least 72 hours before the booked test expires.
1.7 We assume no responsibility if your road test is canceled due to inclement weather, non-compliance with COVID-19 rules, your absence at the test, or any other reason.
1.8 Once your fee is paid to DriveTest to book your test, and the booking confirmation email is sent to you, there is no refund. It is your responsibility to frequently check your email.
1.9 You have the option to include a special note when placing an order, specifying dates or days that are not suitable for you. This should be indicated at the time of placing the order, as changes cannot be made once the booking is confirmed.
1.10 Our company bears no responsibility for orders initiated by minors. Parents are accountable for their actions, including the provision of credit card information to minors
Each of our services incurs an administration charge, which is payable at the time of booking. Our price includes extra services such as obtaining suitable dates for the customer, changing road test appointments, and offering help and advice on what to bring to your test.

If a road test booked by us needs to be changed to a new date and time, a fee of $58.00 will be charged. If the customer used the booking fee and failed the road test, or if there was a no-show or the car was not fit for the road test, the customer will pay $58 plus additional G and G2 ministry fees.
2.1 If any customer opens a payment dispute, we cannot refund until the cardholder’s bank makes a decision. We will send an email to the customer to resolve the dispute with evidence (order details, confirmation email, receipts) and wait for 7 business days.
2.2 If you want to keep our booked slot, then send us an email and pay the DriveTest booking fee + $28.50 ONLY via E transfer info@ontarioroadtest.ca
2.3 We will cancel the booked slot if we do not receive any reply or payment from the customer within 7 business days.
2.4 If the order payment is fully refunded to the cardholder, the customer is still bound to send us the DriveTest booking fee that was paid by us, via E transfer; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel that booking appointment at any time.
2.5 In the event of a dispute by you, your information will be provided to the bank (driver’s license copy and all contact information).
Once a refund is initiated, the customer should see a pending transaction on their bank account for the refunded amount within 1–3 business days. This timeline to post the transaction ultimately depends on the card-issuing bank.
Note: Pending transaction notifications currently apply to payments made with Visa or Mastercard. Pending transaction notifications will not apply for payments made with American Express, Discover, and other card networks.
Our payment processing company’s full refund timeframe typically takes 2–7 business days. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another 2–7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to be posted to the customer’s account. In total, it can take 4–14 business days for your customer to receive their refund.
Payments processed online are only eligible for a refund within 120 days.
